'lock me up and pass the minions

Okay all of you Warlock voters. Here she is--my human warloc-- Sandrina! AND in just a day and a half, I have leveled her to 12 and a half. (Shuddup. Remember: the halfsies are important!)

For your viewing pleasure, I have given to you my warlock! (Also known as 'lock--for those down with the 411 on the abbreviations. Which I am just learning. We will discuss the whole dot dot dot thing I see all the time in general chat another time. I finally figured that one out! And by figured out, of course I mean was told.)

SANDRINA: Human Warlock, level 12 (and a half), Twisting Nether server. She's a total "brick--hooouuuse!"

I have to tell you, I absolute crack up at the attitude of the imp. The comments it makes when you send it to attack something are hilarious with it's squeaky little bitchy self. (Why do I relate?)

"Can't we all just get along?"
"This was NOT in my contract!"
"Oh, sure, send the little guy!"

I mean, nothing like hearing a tiny, bitchy imp while in battle.

I just got my voidwalker, so I am not sure what kind of attitude he has, but I am sure he has one since I have to PAY to use his sorry butt. He gives me attitude. I was told he is good for "tanking" like my druid bear form. (Oh joy! We all remember how much I got that whole discussion.)

So thanks for playing along and helping me choose. Now for review so you can HELP me and at least say howdy to me, her name is Sandrina and she has to live on the Twisting Nether server. (And no, I did not pick my own server. The testosterone in the house did and I wanted help.) Look me up and let's quest!

Oh, and one more thing: We women are starting an all women guild. If it turns out we are all wives, we can play around with the Widower Maker name. If we are not, we will find something equally kick-assishness. Let me know if you are interested in joining. I will have more details later-- like on what server and important crap like that-- when I come up with them. Or they are suggested. Or it just happens. Something like that. I will let you know.

In the extended entry, you can find her with her imp minion (frolicking with my mini-diablo) and also with her voidwalker (not WINDbreaker which I keep calling him. And no I am not meaning those slick type jackets but one who breaks wind. Tell me these Voidwalkers don't break wind. They SO do. That is why they are so cranky! Gas!)

Evil frolicking in the grass. Makes you want to strangle little bunnies, huh!

Tell me this is not a WINDbreaker. I thought not!

Gratz on the new toon! Would be up for some playing around on an all woman guild if possible. I'm in the Pacific time zone though so that could be prohibitive. Locks are fun! I've been observing how much my hubby likes the class and have to keep teasing him that they are overpowered....really I think they are but hopefully Blizz doesn't notice ;). My lock is still in her early twenties so I don't have a lot to add to any help discussions yet. Good luck and happy soul shard hunting!

Great blog and I'll be a regular reader. Also, I'll give you a shout out on The BooLog and maybe drive some traffic your way..

Now, I have a level 52 Warlock on Maelstrom so let me throw out some tips (take em' or leave em')

A lot of warlocks try to do as much damage as they can as fast as they can but I was more interested in staying alive as long as possible in a fight. To that end, my preferred minion was the Void Walker because any time the going got rough I could sacrifice him and run with that big beautiful shield surrounding me. However, I play on a PVP server so that there is always the danger of getting attacked by another player which tends to change your tactics quite a bit.

Also, I discovered it was much easier to level once I had a decent wand. Just send in the Void Walker, apply the dots, and wand to death. :)

That's all for now, I am currently leveling Nightelf hunter and the kids are asleep so I have an hour or two to play!

I love the imp too. I haven't gotten the voidwalker yet but when my warlock first got the imp I was totally smitten with it. I also have a druid, the first character I started with, & got frustrated with the same way as you - I like her a lot better now that I can take a break with the others. Like the warlock with the bitchy imp. I still like how complex the druid can be, slow to level but interesting. I think it was research done by PlayOn (blogs.parc.com/playon) that suggested the druids' generally slow leveling may have to do with the fact that people who choose the class tend to be more interested in exploration than straight leveling. I can definitely see that. I can also see, however, that one needs the boost of achievement that comes more easily with the other, faster-leveling classes.

Also, I really like your blog, and would love to participate in an all-woman guild!

I'm not married just living with a guy who thinks that playing WoW is my second favorite thing to do - my first favorite being playing with him in a specific way - I figure I'll just let him believe that, tee-hee!

Mine are Rylanna (37 lock) & Larsong (13 druid) on Gnomeregan server... If we all decide to go somwhere to play together, let me know :)

Oh and wait til you get the succubus... She smacks her own ass and says, "Don't touch what you can't afford." I spit juice out my nose the first time.

I've enjoyed your sites very much, and you were an inspiration to me starting my own site.

And you've been tagged. :)

Wow it's great to find a place where discussion is women playing wow. Yes I would definitely like to see an all women's guild. My character is a lvl 55 mage and questing with a testosterone laden 20y/o often gets old. Especially when you want to offer input and it's promptly ignored...."grunt grunt". Happy questing great blog. :-)
